How do I best care for my FT The Label pieces? 

The best way care for them is to wash it inside out in cold water. It would better to hang dry (especially with the screen printed ones) but you can also tumble dry low. Just take care of it as if it were your $80 plant :) 

Are the crewnecks and hoodies unisex? 

YES! 

Who takes your photos? 

I partnered with 3 amazing photographers. 

Images for Collection No. 2 are by @jamesliuu and my self timer! Product images are shot by @letmecaptureyouu. Home page and outdoor images for the crews and hoodies are shot by @nataliejphotos

What are the materials used? 

The sweaters are made out of 70% cotton and 20% polyester. Some items are embroidered and others are screen printed with a 3D-puff print effect. 

Pieces from Collection No.2 include both sustainable and non-sustainable materials. 

Items are made in the USA of imported materials. 

What is the price breakdown? 

As a small business, you're breaking down the cost of how much it is to make the product, marketing, shipping, labor, and being able to break even all in between. 

How are you going to be sustainable? 

Please refer to our sustainability page for all efforts regarding this topic. 

When will I receive my order? 

Please allow up to 3-5 days for processing and 3-7 business days for shipping. We're so eager to send out your orders, so just know we're on it as soon as we get your order! 

Return Policy 

We are not currently accepting any returns. Exchanges will be up to the discretion of FT The Label. Please email info@ftthelabel to process this request. 
EXCEPTION: If for some reason your item has a defect, you may reach out to info@ftthelabel to process a return request. Please include your order number in the subject. 
Buyer must cover the cost of return shipping and any shipping and handling is non refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
